Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at support@snugoa.com
• After this window, orders are processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Pre-Orders or Backorders:

• Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important: We do not accept cancellation requests once the product has been shipped. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your order.
